Robert Ross to Court: Shaquille O’Neal Hired Me for Murder!

Robert Ross is suing Shaquille O’Neal for allegedly masterminding a plot to kidnap him over a sex tape Ross supposedly possessed that depicted the former NBA star and a mistress. It’s a complicated case and you can read more about it HERE.

Now, in new court documents obtained by TMZ, Ross includes even more damning accusations against Shaq: he says O’Neal hired him to murder multiple people, including a gang member, a record producer, and a woman Shaq knocked up.

Ross is a former gang member and acquaintance of O’Neal’s, who had falling out with the athlete over a record deal. The lawsuit reads:

“For many years O’Neal requested and directed [Ross] to perform many personal favors and directed him to perform various tasks including, but not limited to: ordering [Ross] to kill a member of the Downtown Gangster Crips who had disrespected O’Neal in front of his wife Shaunie.” Read more…

Selena Gomez is more popular than Justin Bieber these days. Unlike the guilt of Casey Anthony, this is a fact.

Gomez has jumped past her boyfriend to claim the number-one spot on Billboard’s Social 50 list, a ranking that considers the “most active artists on the world’s leading social networking sites… using a formula blending weekly additions of friends/fans/followers along with weekly artist page views and weekly song plays,” according to the company behind it.

Bieber does come in at number-two on the list, at least. Let’s take a look at the top five, shall we?

James Rainford, Paris Hilton Stalker, Arrested Outside Her Home AGAIN

Sheriff’s deputies busted stalker James Rainford outside Paris Hilton’s Malibu home on Monday. If that name rings a bell, it’s because the same guy has already had multiple criminal run-ins with the heriess.

Paris watched from her balcony as L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rainford, sitting shirtless on the beach, looking into her home.

Rainford attacked Cy Waits, Paris’ then-boyfriend, outside court in April, and was also arrested sneaking onto her property last October.

The Sheriff’s Department stated that James Rainford was arrested for violating a protective order requiring him to stay 200 yards away from Paris.

Understandably spooked, Paris, who is now dating Todd Phillips, has hired a quartet of new armed guards to patrol the beach house 24/7 this summer.

She has also installed a new, state-of-the-art security system in the house, which includes multiple cameras and motion detectors throughout.

We’re glad she’s okay after yet another scary run-in with that guy. In other Hilton news, look for THG on Paris’ reality show this evening!

Bishop Paul Morton calls on Eddie Long to repent of any sexual coercion sins

Bishop Paul S. Morton, the founder of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship has openly rebuked Bishop Eddie Lee Long, the prominent and well known African-American pastor of the mega-church, New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, and called him to repent of any sins committed in sexual coercion lawsuits that were settled last month.

Morton called on Long to apologize to his church, New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, and those who have stood with him. Morton reportedly ordained Long as a Bishop.

“If you have repented, show me some signs. Show me some humility. You can’t just come and tell me nothing. Tell me something. Those that have stood with you, tell us something. Tell your church something,” Morton told his congregation.

“We’ve all made mistakes and fallen short of the glory of God but if I mess up, I’ve got to tell you something. So that’s what the Bible says … We will pray that he will hear God’s voice in this. ” Read more…

During a live appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe today, the political analyst was asked about President Obama’s behavior yesterday during a meeting with Republicans, inquired about whether or not the show was on a seven-second delay and then said:

Halperin, who co-authored the book “Game Change,” has been suspended indefinitely by the network and said in a statement:

“I want to offer a heartfelt and profound apology to the president, to my MSNBC colleagues, and to the viewers. My remark was unacceptable, and I deeply regret it.”

Chris Brown Possibly Drops Gay Slur, Definitely Talks Way Out of Parking Ticket

Chris Brown sweet-talked his way out of a parking ticket yesterday … but the way he talked to cameramen may have been anything but.

It’s not clear from the video below if it was Chris or his bodyguard who said it, but according to TMZ, Brown accused several cameramen of alerting some parking enforcement personnel that his car was illegally parked, ranting:

“Y’all n**gas is weak. You all call them to try and film me? Y’ALL N**GAS IS GAY!”

Did Brown utter that quote? Again, it’s hard to tell from the clip above. But if he did, he can expect calls for him to apologize pretty fast.

For what it’s worth, in December, C-Breezy got into a Twitter feud with Raz B and made several homophobic comments in the process.

On an unrelated note, he did not get a ticket at least.

With Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries asking guests for a $43 butter spreader, the following report should come as no surprise.

According to OK! Weekly, the nuptials – rumored to take place on Halloween – between this K-loving couple will run a tab of at least $10 million, as a friend tells the magazine “money is no object when it comes to walking down the aisle.”

It helps, of course, when a TV network picks up the check.

Khloe Kardashian has said that her sister’s wedding will rival that of Kate Middleton and Prince William, but an insider claims this is an actual likelihood.

“It’s actually not that much of a joke. Kim is seriously determined to have a royal-type extravaganza.”

Sadly, she does have more power in America than William and Kate have in Great Britain.

Selena Gomez: I Never Wanted to Be a Role Model

Being a role model was never on Selena Gomez’s to-do list.

However, the 18-year-old actress and singer has learned to embrace it anyway, she says in the upcoming E! Entertainment Special: Selena Gomez.

“I am human, I’m not perfect,” Gomez admits. “I make mistakes all the time, but I guess my job is to keep those mistakes to myself, which I’m already fine doing and just try to be the best I can be for those kids.”

“I never really said I want to be a role model. But when it happened I was so down for it,” Gomez admits, having just been hospitalized due to malnourishment and exhaustion, which led to her mom telling her to slow down.

She’s doing better now, but it’s an ongoing battle.

While the Texas-born beauty has enjoyed much success at a young age, she didn’t have an easy childhood and struggled with her parents’ divorce. Read more…

President Obama says if he were in Anthony Weiner’s shoes, he’d resign from his job

President Obama just made a bold statement about Congressman Anthony Weiner’s predicament … “I can tell you that if it were me, I’d resign.”

Obama, who made his statement to “Today” anchor Ann Curry for broadcast Tuesday, said “Well, obviously what he did was highly inappropriate. I think he’s embarrassed himself, he’s acknowledged that, he’s embarrassed his wife and his family.”

Obama continued, “And when you get to the point where, because of various personal distractions, you can’t serve as effectively as you need to — at the time when people are worrying about jobs and their mortgages and paying the bills — then you should probably step back.”

FYI, Obama also suggested last year that Congressman Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) resign on ethical grounds, but he stayed put.
